Our Team

We're Kristin and Eric, the owners of Wasatch Property Managers and longtime Utah residents with a genuine passion for real estate and the communities we serve.

Kristin holds a double major in Accounting and Finance from Creighton University and brings her experience as both a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Utah real estate agent to every client relationship.

Eric holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota with a background in business strategy and operations.

Together we've managed our own investment properties for years, which means we understand what owners actually need from a management company because we've been on your side of the table.

We live in Utah with our daughter Vivian and our black lab Ella. When we're not working you'll find us skiing, biking, hiking, or on the tennis or golf course. It's a pretty good place to call home.
